CASH CASH PINOY! Im really frustrated on this buying site…

Guys, Please stay away from CASH CASH PINOY! Besides having a very very poor customer service (note that this site does not provide telephone number), the most disappointing issue is about the details of the items sold on their site, it seems bogus as they cannot meet what is being described such as quality, delivery dates and other issues like items being pulled out without notification even if it is paid.

Last July, I bought an item from this site but up to now (almost September), the item is nowhere and the customer support cannot give the exact status of the item. Seems just an alibi. Really frustrating!

  1. Thanks for this post. Yes everyone should be wárned of the Cash cash pinoy site. I have been experiencing the same problem. As of August I have been making a follow-up for the item I bought up to now I still have not recieved a good update on my item.

  2. I have the same experience just very recently. I purchased anIPAD Air 2 64G last April 20. The price in your catalog is Php22899. I already receive my billing statement from BPI mastercard. I was billed for Php25067.12. That is a huge difference! After arguing my rights to truth in advertising they promised to credit my account for the difference within 30 to 45 day.

    The promised delivery or pick up date was May 6 to May 14. There was no advice given that it was not yet available so I went to their office in Makati (Im from Cavite). The unit was not yet available but they promise to just deliver it to my house free of charge. Since I have no choice I just let it go but have followed up the unit almost everyday.

    Yesterday, i got a scripted email from them that the unit is not going to be available and so they will just credit my credit card for the amount billed withing 30 to 45 days. Pagpadebit mabilis…pag credit back good luck. I said that that is not acceptable. I am demanding now crediting of my account within 3 days for the entire amount billed.

    Moral of the story….STAY AWAY FROM CASH CASH PINOY!!! Not worth it at all.
