SZECHUAN FRIED RICE RECIPE
Szechuan Fried Rice is Chinese dish which is easy to prepare and is a great menu for your lunch or dinner recipe. Enjoy this flavorful dish with your friends and family.
- 6 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup Chinese chorizo, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1 head garlic, chopped
- 1 small carrot, finely chopped
- ¼ cabbage, finely chopped
- ¼ cup oyster sauce
- ¼ cup green peas
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3 tbsp oil, for frying
- In a deep wok, heat oil.
- Stir fry onion, garlic and chorizo.
- Add celery, cabbage, carrots and green peas and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and stir well.
- Add the oyster sauce and sesame oil. Toss very well.
- Season with salt and pepper accordingly.
- Serve hot.
